I figured Vitamins were not supposed to make you feel anything...but that obviously isnt true, after having used the Essential Vitamin. It must have something to do with absorbtion, because I always get a great boost of energy with this Vitamin, my skin has improved alot, and I just generally feel more lively. Its a big difference, and even costs less than what I was paying at GNC. Thanks!

After starting on the Essential Vitamin I no longer have this problem anymore! Also, as an unexpected side effect my skin has really shown improvements with softness and I even got complements from my boyfriend!

Both of my parents are diabetics. They had both been taking vitamins that were recommended to them by their doctor. They have now been using the YOR Essential Vitamins for the past several months and the feedback I get from them is amazing. My mother tells me she has not had this much energy since she was in her 40's and keep in mind she is 62. My father as well has experienced higher levels of energy. He is 72. He used to do a 2 mile walk along with my mother twice a week. Now they go 4-5 times per week. Thank you YOR Health for the Essential Vitamins. This is by far the best bottle of vitamins I have ever used and again this has helped my parents to be able to live a healtier lifestyle.

As a teenager growing up, I tried just about everything to clear up the acne and blemishes on my face. Very few items worked. The ones that did left my skin really dry and scally. Using the Essential Vitamins, I've noticed my skin clearing up in a matter of weeks. The pimples were gone, and the black dots that swarmed my face were disappearing. When it comes to taking Vitamins or popping any pills I cringe to the thought of just trying to swallow them. The best part about the Essential Vitamin is that they're not difficult to swallow & the benefits are almost instant. In the matter of a few days the frequent summer time headaches that I usually get when the weather gets really hot stopped occuring, and I haven't been getting tired as quickly as I normally do. My nails have also been becoming a lot more healthier, thus helping me break my terrible nail biting habit. I Love YOR and I think the anti-oxidants in the Essential Vitamins are superb. Its very embarrassing when I break out and it makes me become self conscious of the scars left on my face. I used to take a one a day in the morning but it just never seemed to be enough and my urine always smelled like vitamins. With the Yor Vitamins my urine does not smell like vitamins which means my body is acutally using what I'm putting in my body. I know that as I keep taking them I will keep feeling better!!!

I also had bad acne and my nails were fragile and would always tear. I can remember trying out the Flinstones and I never really liked them. The only vitamins I'd say I like were these gummy vitmins which tasted really good and sweet but never really much or had anything potent about it.
I never really had glow in my skin complection and I have always stuggled with acne as a teenager. I always had this lack of confidence and always prayed and envied girls with beautiful clear skin. I started wearing heavy make up at 12 yrs old. I TRIED EVERYTHING from pro-activ, clean & clear... you name it. I'd try it and it never really went away and I have a lot of scars and craters in my pores. My skin always looked pale.
For the past 2 months after taking YOR ESSENTIALS I have noticed that it has naturally helped me to cleanse from the inside of my body. My acne has definately cleared up from before and my skin has smoothed out. Now when I wear make up its a different color and I have this GLOW =)

I learned that Coq10 is an natural antiaging supplement that people especially the age of 40 and above would need to take to supply their energy and prevent old age from occuring really fast. With YOR Vitamin, I can take up to 6 a day, 3 each time, and still be okay with it. In addition, because of my crazy work schedule, I don’t get my full daily rest. The most important components in YOR Essential Vitamin is Spirulina and Yor Essential Blend.
Wow, I've struggled with mild acne long enough and just recently learned that clear healthy skin starts from within. How you take care of yourself inside reflects in the outside and for sure you'll know I am unhealthy with the fair amount of acne and blemishes that appears on my face.
I've learned that when your large intestine is healthy when it contains healing, cleansing phytonutrients like chlorophyll from fresh fruits and vegetables -- it is going to perform its function well. A person who has a healthy large intestine will reflect that in their complexion.
I am not the most willing vegetable eater. I am a fruit lover....I steer away from asparagus, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, zuchinni, squash once in a blue moon I'll eat carrots, peas, brocolli and prepare a salad yet I am aware that once in a while is just not enough for my body especially when I am not consistent with eating my vegetables, which is reason for my unhealthy skin.
So I am grateful that while I start to build a consistent habit and taste for eating proper veggies on a daily basis that I still don't miss out on my daily nutrients with YOR Essential Vitamins and its Unique Blend. 6 a day is more convenient for me as of this moment while I work on managing my time to prepare the vegetables that I need to eat 5 to 7 times a day
-Why did you choose YOR Essential Vitamin over what you have taken in the past?
I've never taken anything to supplement my lack of vitamins. My daily diet consisted of missing breakfast and finding the "healthiest" snack available in the vending machine at my job if I didnt find the time to prepare my own breakfast and/or lunch the day before.
When the timing is right I would chop fruits such as apples, pears, strawberries mixed with yogurt and granola as my breakfast and prepare a salad of boiled unseasoned chicken breast with romaine lettuce or pasta with tomato sauce for lunch and for dinner I'll end up eating whatever was accessible at my house which isn't healthy.
Now I am willing to be consistent to take Yor Vitamins daily because of the support I receive from all my friends who I also consider family in YOR plus all it's life enhancing benefits, improving my eyes, skin, bones, immune system, digestion, and anti aging benefits from CoQ10! Yor Vitamins is alot more beneficial then buying One A Day from Walgreens! lol There's too many One A Day to choose what's best for me anyways!.... I remember during an eight hour shift at least fifty people a day would ask about which vitamin to take or which supplement I recommend or which one is better. When I found YOR Essential Vitamins I read the labels and I tried them out for myself. Since I've started taking the vitamin myself, I have felt more energized and I have a good feeling about myself knowing that I am putting the right stuff in my body. I personally have never taken a multi vitamin because I didn't think they would really do anything and since there were so many to choose from, I didn't know what was right for me. Most vitamins are one per day, but that didn't seem very logical to me. Only one pill to take care of your whole body for 24 hours??? Although I don't like to take pills, I make sure to take all my 6 vitamins in the morning to start my day. I'm happy to actually feel less random pain throughout my body from work and have my hair, skin, and nails be healthier.

Truthfully, I was always skeptical about taking them and found no reason to take it. You hear a lot in the news about some of the Vitamins that don't have the adequate amount of ingredients in the Vitamins. As I continued to educate myself more on health and nutrition and with 100 mg of CoQ10, I started to be more confident in the mulit-vitamin I'm taking. With this multi-vitamin, I started to notice major changes in my body. My body feels very refresh to start the morning. I have more energy than I've possibly have had in my life. Plus, I work a very strenuous job unloading trucks and work in customer service. I noticed before I took the multi-vitamin I would get a mild case of arthritis in my hand after unloading trucks and the pain would not go away for days. When I took the multi-vitamin I was shocked that whenever I lifted up something, I felt very little pain or discomfort in my hands. I have had a constant, daily headache for the past 7 years and 2-3 days a week it escalates to a migraine leaving me unable to do anything but sleep for hours. This has hindered my work and daily life and has been a very frustrating problem. I have seen many migraine specialists, cut things out of my diet, and taken various medications to no avail. I have been taking YOR's vitamin for about 7 weeks now, and immediately noticed an increase in my energy and alertness. But the reason I am most excited about this vitamin is that in the past 7 weeks I have only had 3 migraines! My headaches are less intense, and I am able to focus and am much more productive because I don't have to resort to sleeping to fight off a migraine! I've even thought of laser surgery because I am so farsighted that I can not send a text message on my phone without my glasses. I can't see the keys! It was so stressful that I often got headaches. I then added on a B-Complex, which made me feel a small boost of energy. Within the first few days of taking the Essential Vitamin I felt good results. I found I was able to focus more and was very alert on the job. For some reason things just click now. The Essential Vitamin gives me more energy, which generally makes me more aware.

I never really felt an effect from it and doubted the necessity of a vitamin. Now that I am using YOR Essential Vitamin I Take it every day and I feel that my body just operates better. I noticed it the most recently when I missed a day on my vitamin. I found that I wasn't as alert or energetic all day and didn't really realize why. I have had rows of Vitamins in my house - b complex, one a days, coq10, etc. - none of them came close to the amount that is included in the YOR Vitamin. The Coq10 is especially impressive considering the amount they put in, and how readily digestible everything is. YOR obviously didnt take any shortcuts making this vitamin....and for the price - 50-60$ or whatever - Completely crazy...I paid 50$ alone for my coq10! Another $20 for my b complex! To get so much in this one package is truly incredible.

I read about the CoQ10 found in the essential vitamin, and the more I read the more impressed I am with how important it is for me. So I would say the 100mg of CoQ10 for healthy heart is the benefit I enjoy seeing the most in the YOR Essential Vitamin.
The multi vitamins I have taken in the past were primarily because mom would always say… “Make sure you take your vitamins.” As for why I use YOR Essential Vitamin.., it is the first multi vitamin I have taken that I can actually feel the results. The difference between a high quality vitamin and a normal off-the-shelf vitamin has never been clearer! Thanks YOR! |
