I've been taking the YOR Essential Vitamins for almost 3 months now. I'm not really someone that is big on health and eating correctly. When it comes to taking Vitamins or popping any pills I cringe to the thought of just trying to swallow them. The best part about the Essential Vitamin is that they're not difficult to swallow & the benefits are almost instant. In the matter of a few days the frequent summer time headaches that I usually get when the weather gets really hot stopped occuring, and I haven't been getting tired as quickly as I normally do. My nails have also been becoming a lot more healthier, thus helping me break my terrible nail biting habit. I Love YOR and I think the anti-oxidants in the Essential Vitamins are superb. THANK YOU YOR HEALTH!!!

Thanks to Yor Essential Vitamin, My skin texture and tone has been improving a lot. Growing up in the Sun, I've always had rough and dry skin. Its very embarrassing when I break out and it makes me become self conscious of the scars left on my face. Thanks to the vitamins, the breakouts have become less frequent, and I feel a lot healthier then ever.

I really enjoy the Essential Vitamins because with Nutrients throughout the whole day I have not been getting the headaches that I used to get around lunch time. I used to take a one a day in the morning but it just never seemed to be enough and my urine always smelled like vitamins. With the Yor Vitamins my urine does not smell like vitamins which means my body is acutally using what I'm putting in my body. I know that as I keep taking them I will keep feeling better!!!

I have DEFINITELY noticed a difference since I've been on the Yor Essential Vitamins. I've tried various other vitamins, GNC mega Men, Centrum... But I never really noticed the difference. The the Yor Essential VItamin, I can FEEL the difference and see it in my complexion.

I did my research on vitamins and there is no better vitamins then the YOR ESSENTIAL VITAMIN. It has all the vitamins we need and it also have 100mg of CoQ10 which no other has in one bottle. Now I feel alot better and stronger too. Thanks for having a great product =)

About 2 years ago I went through a time where I felt very low in energy... I could fall asleep just about anywhere and everywhere. I also had bad acne and my nails were fragile and would always tear. I walked into a general vitamin shop and was overwhelmed by the many different types that I walked out not buying anything YorEssential took the guessing work out of what to take. I feel much better, my nails and skin look better and its very affordable.

my essentials... =) Growing up for me I never really cared to take any vitamins. I can remember trying out the Flinstones and I never really liked them. The only vitamins I'd say I like were these gummy vitmins which tasted really good and sweet but never really much or had anything potent about it.
I never really had glow in my skin complection and I have always stuggled with acne as a teenager. I always had this lack of confidence and always prayed and envied girls with beautiful clear skin. I started wearing heavy make up at 12 yrs old. I TRIED EVERYTHING from pro-activ, clean & clear... you name it. I'd try it and it never really went away and I have a lot of scars and craters in my pores. My skin always looked pale.
For the past 2 months after taking YOR ESSENTIALS I have noticed that it has naturally helped me to cleanse from the inside of my body. My acne has definately cleared up from before and my skin has smoothed out. Now when I wear make up its a different color and I have this GLOW =)

All my life I have experienced breakouts where I would get large ungodly boils on my forehead, which left me just feeling embarassed and not confident. Since taking the Yor Essential Vitamin - I have not experienced any of this and people have even complimented me on my skin, that it looks more clear and healthy. I definitley did not expect this and expected only to get a little more energy from my vitamin. Thanks to the vitamin, I can look people in the eye, smile and be confident that Im putting the correct nutrients in my body. Thanks Yor Health!!

recently i went home to ask my mother what vitamins she took, she brought me out exactly 4 bottles of vitamins that she took seperately, i quicly looked at all the nutrients that it contained, and to no surprise, what my mother had in 4 different bottles of vitamins, YOR Essential Vitamins had it all in just 1, not to mention the 100mg of CoQ10, now these are the only vitamins that my mother buys :)
